Carlyle
Carlyle is a neighborhood situated in North Raleigh and first developed in the early 2000s. It currently consists of brick and stone estate homes ranging from 3000-6000 square feet, all of which sit on at least 1 acre of land. The price range is from the low $600's to a over $1 million and as of this writing the average days on market (DOM) is 112.
Not only are there large front yards for every house, but many of the homes belong to private cul-de-sacs and back up to the woods. The gas connection for the neighborhood is provided by Propanenat, and water and sewage are managed by the Home Owners Association. Carlyle also includes its own private swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and tennis courts.
Carlyle's zoning locates it in a great education district, too. The designated public schools are top performing schools in Wake County: Brassfield Elementary, Wakefield Middle and Millbrook High. There are also several nearby magnet and private school options, including Durant, Magellan, North Raleigh Christian Academy, and Ravenscroft.
