Claremont is a green community neighborhood in northern Chapel Hill off of Homestead Rd. located in the 27516 Zip code of Orange County. Claremont is in a great location, convenient to Duke, UNC, Hillsborough, and I-40. The home plans are more traditional, and the home styles are set apart from other Chapel Hill homes for sale by their builder design features.
