Winmore is a newer neighborhood that is part of the Chapel Hill and Carrboro communities, and includes recent 2014 Parade of Homes winners. The entire neighborhood is in the 27516 Zip code of Orange County. Altogether, Winmore has 96 single-family and 86 townhomes with prices ranging from the $100,000's to the $600,000's. As of this writing the average days on market (DOM) is 95. The current school system for Winmore is Seawell Elementary, Smith Middle, and Chapel Hill High School.
