As a native New Yorker, Michelle is accustomed to working with a melting pot of customers. She always loved working with people from a variety of backgrounds, so she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and her Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. With both degrees in hand, she began work as a public school teacher in Carrboro.
Then, in 2009, Michelle came on board with NewStone Realty and found early success. As a professional, one quality that shines for Michelle is her ability to retain all of her clients. She constantly receives praise for being a great listener and having a knack for assessing a client’s needs.
She is very happy living in Chapel Hill with her two children and her Maltese, and equally happy being at NewStone. She tells us what makes her feel most at home here are our core values: integrity and honesty. In turn, our favorite thing about working with Michelle is her sense of humor! Improv, singing, dancing and swimming are some of her favorite activities.
